ChimMaya is pleased to open 2011 ….with our first exhibition of this calendar year.

Sunday, February 13th … you are invited to the opening reception for two new ‘Group’ exhibitions in our gallery.

In assembling this show, we visited several ‘New’ artists in their studios, searching out extraordinary artwork to bring to our gallery, that would complement the artists whose work has become a mainstay at ChimMaya.

Over the past six years, ChimMaya has grown and grown-up. Our base of artists and the quality of their work, has multiplied beyond any expectations we could have ever imagined. The continued enthusiasm from our supporters, has motivated us to seek out new artists and styles of artwork for our gallery.

2011 ….will be no different. As we grow, we evolve, as we evolve, we better understand that the selection of artists and artwork at ChimMaya….must grow into a more diverse and eclectic mix.
