    File Requirements: File format preffered is JPEG. File size maximum is 2 Megabytes per image attached. Minimum acceptable image dimensions are 1200 by 1200 pixels.

    NOTE: Any images attached and provided by the artist…can be used on the website, and/or for advertising, promoting the gallery and/or exhibition, without contacting the artist. Select exhibitions may be documented, by creating and printing a catalog. Should we print a catalog and your work is included, you will receive one complimentary copy. If an artist requests additional catalogs, they can be purchased at a discounted price. If selected for exhibition artwork may be made available for purchase on ChimMaya/CM2 online shopping cart.

    Out of town artists: ChimMaya/CM2 agrees to cover the costs of shipping the artwork back to the artists, if it is delivered or shipped to us boxed.

    If you are delivering your artwork to our gallery and want it shipped back after the show ends….you must deliver it fully boxed.

    Due to rising costs for shipping….we can no longer cover the cost of custom boxes for any artwork.

    Unless previously agreed to with ChimMaya/CM2, the artist is responsible for the shipping costs for delivery of the artwork to the gallery.

    Above artwork must be delivered to ChimMaya/CM2 Gallery in excellent condition and ready to hang.

    CONSENT TO HAVE ARTWORK PHOTOGRAPHED AND PUBLISHED

    I consent to have a work(s) of art created by me photographed and published by ChimMaya/CM2 Art Gallery. I further give ChimMaya/CM2 Art Gallery, its assigns, licensees and legal representatives, the irrevocable right to publish said photograph(s) in all forms and media, and in all manners, including composite or distorted representations for any lawful purpose. I acknowledge that I will receive no compensation, monetary or otherwise, for the use of my image, other than one (1) copy of an upcoming book should my image become a part of said publication. I waive my right to inspect, or approve, the finished version(s), including written copy that may be created in connection therewith. I represent and warrant that I own all rights, title, and interest in the images, and that I have full power and authority to execute this agreement and to grant the rights herein granted, and that no other consent or authorizations, except those, if any, attached hereto, are necessary to permit the full use and enjoyment by ChimMaya/CM2 Art Gallery of the rights granted hereunder. The use of said images, or any part thereof, in accordance with the terms, rights and conditions of this Consent, will not violate or infringe upon the trademark, trade name, copyright, patent, artistic, personal, private, civil or property right, right of privacy, or any other right of any person, or constitute a libel or slander of any person. The undersigned will indemnify ChimMaya/CM2 Art Gallery, and its officers, agents and employees, against and save and hold each of them harmless of and from, all loss, damage, liability and expense, including attorney fees, resulting from any breach of said representation and warranties.

    NOTE: Upon receipt of artwork, ChimMaya/CM2 will return a signed copy of the ‘Gallery/Artist Agreement’ to the artist in person, or via email.
