Bonnie Lambert’s paintings are largely based on the subjects in her photos, much of which are city and urban scenes…vibrant, energetic, vivid colors and bold brushstrokes, capturing the emotional response she feels when photographing the subjects for her paintings.

Her focus is on the ever-changing world around her…with fresh eyes, she challenges herself to observe her surroundings, capturing the mood and essence of the stories of the city. Contrasting landscapes and a passionate mix of cultures, evokes the quintessential substance of what shapes and defines Los Angeles and beyond….

Bonnie has participated in group exhibitions in our gallery for many years…we have watched the evolution of her artwork….from an emerging artist, to a polished, refined, and sophisticated artist.
