Thank You, to everyone who attended the Benefit / Sale @ ChimMaya this past Sunday, and also to the many who re-posted/shared on social media, and forwarded our email to your contacts for our event.

Dan and I were/are overwhelmed, by the outpouring of support…. : )

Since Sunday…we continue to receive emails and messages from people apologizing for not attending…still wanting to show their support and asking if they can come in this week.

So….we’ve decided to extend the Benefit / Sale through this weekend, to give those who couldn’t attend another chance to show their support.

Although Dan is doing well post-surgery, our hours are still limited through month end, to follow his Dr’s orders to pace himself and not overdo during his recovery.

Because of those challenges, our gallery has been unable to schedule or open any new exhibitions this year, which has greatly affected our day-to-day business.

Although we’re still unable to open regular business hours, we will be opening this Sunday, April 14th….for a special Benefit/Sale.

For this event, we are discounting our jewelry/fine art to help stimulate sales, and as a Thank you….to our many followers, clients, and collectors, for supporting us over the years.

ChimMaya has been part of the L.A. Art Community for 14 years….in that time, we have had the privilege of exhibiting/representing many artists, and we have been instrumental in introducing many emerging artists to our supporters.

Success is measured in many ways. Unfortunately…too often it’s measured primarily in dollars, which of course as a business is vital and needed.

For us….the many people, artists, we have met in the gallery….many of whom have become friends/extended family, and the countless numbers of friends on social media…cheering us on and wishing us success, is the motivator for Dan and I to continue doing what we do.

ChimMaya is nothing, without ‘YOU’….the essence of everything we do, and are, is a direct reflection of a community, our community….who is taking charge of our own destinies.
